Two years as a B Corp: championing business as a force for good

As we celebrate two years as a certified B Corp, we’re proud of how deeply the B Corp ethos has become woven into the fabric of our agency.


In 2025 we continued to demonstrate a genuine commitment to driving positive impact - within our work, within our culture and within the wider communities we serve.


2025 was also a year of change. We launched our brand consultancy, brand w, marking a new chapter in how we deliver strategic and creative value. And - like any business navigating change - we faced challenges. These helped reinforce our belief that, whatever the circumstances, businesses and the people behind them can choose to act with fairness, integrity and intention.


Achieving certification as a B Corp is just the beginning. Every B Corp is committed to continuously measuring, and therefore improving, their impact.


Here are some of the initiatives we undertook in 2025 as part of our ongoing commitment to championing business as a force for good:


  • Providing a free LGBTQIA+ inclusive writing guide for health information creators

  • Completing AI in Marketing training run by the Chartered Institute of Marketing

  • Reducing working hours on Fridays with no impact on holiday hours or salaries

  • Supporting Prostate Cancer UK with the development of resources about prostate cancer for trans women
